MT & Associates Consulting Group offers consultancy services to private, public and social sectors such as: evaluations, reviews, and studies of sectors, policies,and programs for projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo and world wide. We also develop in-depth analyses and solutions, offer strategic assistance, and advice to institutions and organization alike. These services are available to a variety of interested countries, governments, and parties.

We respond to invitations as speakers at conferences around the world, debating on the African and European struggle that has been going on for decades now. For this kind of arrangements, we offer “historical detailed reports” as a service, and through our blog, we publish analyses about the current situation in the world, especially in Africa, Congo and Central Africa. Some of these analyses are accessible to only a certain group of people, who will pay a monthly fee to get access to our database.

WHAT WE’RE AIMING FOR

Our aim is to ensure that Congolese voices are heard in a debate that is often dominated by outsiders. Not only do we address policy-makers of all stripes, we also try to cultivate the Congolese audience. We do this, as an act to empower the future leaders and hold both leaders and foreign actors accountable.

The voice of the youth is not only restricted to the mainland of the Congo, but also the Congolese born/ raised or that live in the Diaspora. We study and provide both support and help to the younger generation of Congolese born in Norway. This act is to help the youth learn, and thrive with their cultural upbringing and roots. We will also help these same youths, that speak Lingala, Tshiluba, Swahili, Kikongo, French, and English – learn Norwegian. We offer these services to ease the average Congolese and Africans into the Norwegian society, as a part of mutual integration and assistance with studies, social life, and work life. We hope to push them to go further in school and have higher aspirations in their choices of education.

MT & Associates Consulting Group caters to our customers through a variety of channels. We do this as an assurance that all the information we have disseminated from reports, blogs, podcasts and such, are heard through these same channels. We also offer our own blogs and podcasts through iTunes and SoundCloud amongst others. Our competence is not restricted to English alone, we are currently fluent in Lingala, Tshiluba, French, English, and Norwegian. We aspire to accommodate other languages by recommendations.

MT & Associates Consulting Group tilbyr konsulenttjenester som: evalueringer, vurderinger og studier av sektorer, retningslinjer og programmer for prosjekter i Den demokratiske republikken Kongo og over hele verden. Vi utvikler også inngående analyser og løsninger, tilbyr strategisk bistand og råd til institusjoner og organisasjoner. Disse tjenestene er tilgjengelige for en rekke interesserte land, regjeringer og selskaper.

Vi besvarer invitasjoner til konferanser, som foredragsholdere rundt om i verden og debatter vedrørende den afrikanske og europeiske kamp som har pågått i flere tiår. For denne typen anledninger, kan vi tilby “historiske detaljerte rapporter” som en tjeneste, og gjennom bloggen vår, publiserer vi analyser om dagens globale situasjon, spesielt i Afrika, Kongo og Sentral-Afrika. Noen av disse analysene er tilgjengelige for bare en viss gruppe mennesker, som vil betale en månedlig avgift for å få tilgang til vår database.

MÅL

Vårt mål er å sikre at kongolesiske stemmer blir hørt i en debatt som oftest domineres av utenforstående. Ikke bare adresserer vi politikere av alle sorter, vi forsøker også å dyrke det kongolesiske publikum. Vi gjør dette for å styrke fremtidens ledere og holde både ledere og utenlandske aktører til ansvar.

Ungdommens røst er i denne forstand, ikke bare begrenset til fastlandet Kongo, men også de som er kongolesiske født / oppvokst eller som lever i diasporaen. Vi studerer og gir både støtte og hjelp til den yngre generasjonen av kongolesere som er norskfødte. Denne handlingen er ment til å hjelpe ungdom å lære, samt trives med deres kulturelle oppdragelse og røtter. Til de samme ungdommene, som snakker lingala, Tshiluba, swahili, Kikongo, fransk og engelsk, vil vi bidra med norsklæring. Vi tilbyr disse tjenestene for å lette den gjennomsnittlige kongolesiske og afrikaneren inn i det norske samfunnet, som en del av gjensidig integrasjon og hjelp med studier, sosialt liv og arbeidsliv. Vi håper å presse dem til å gå videre på skolen og ha høye ambisjoner i sine utdanningsvalg.

MT & Associates Consulting Group møter våre kunder der dem er. Vi kan nås, og gjennom en serie med kanaler. Vi gjør dette som en forsikring om at all informasjon vi har formidlet fra rapporter, blogger, podcaster og slikt, blir hørt gjennom de samme kanalene. Vi tilbyr også våre egne blogger og podcaster gjennom iTunes og Soundcloud blant andre. Vår kompetanse er ikke begrenset til engelsk alene, i dag snakker vi flytende lingala, Tshiluba, fransk, engelsk og norsk. Vi ønsker å imøtekomme andre språk ved anbefalinger.
